Can I buy off Aurora direct?
Aurora only sells its wholesale range through distributors, NZ’s leading uniform and garment branding companies.
If you aren’t sure who your local distributor is, please contact us to be put in touch with one.
How do I become a distributor?
We are a bit choosy about this – you have to be a ‘proper’ uniform or garment branding company to qualify to become a distributor. If you think you’ve got what it takes, contact us.
Is everything on the website in stock?
Most of it is most of the time. Last time we measured, about 98% of orders received before 3pm were despatched in full, the same day.
How long does shipping take?
We deliver overnight to main centres throughout NZ.
Rural deliveries take another day or two.
Allow time for your distributor to arrange embellishment for your garments – contact them directly for an accurate timeframe.
How long do customized contrast hoodies take?
Drawcord changing usually takes an extra 1-2 days.
Customized contrast hood lining usually takes 1-2 weeks, however this is dependent on our workload.
Are Aurora garments guaranteed?
Yes, please see our 100/100 guarantee page.
What is your returns policy?
Distributors have a 30 day, no questions asked right of return. Obviously garments must be in resaleable condition – in other words, unworn, unwashed, not embellished, and with swing tags attached if applicable.
Do you do screenprinting or embroidery?
No. Our distributors specialize in screenprinting and embroidery, so they can take care of the whole package for you.
Is there a minimum order size?
We don’t have a minimum order size, however our distributors may do, as there are set-up costs involved with screenprinting and embroidery – please contact your distributor directly for more information.
Where are Aurora garments made?
Aurora garments are made in China, Pakistan and Bangladesh. You’ll find the country of origin details on the neck label of the garment. All our partner factories must adhere to our ethical manufacturing principles.
